The IndieFEST Film Awards in the US awards Iranian ‘Front Window’.

The IndieFEST Film Awards in the US has awarded Iranian short flick ‘Front Window’.

The short film was named as one of the Award of Recognition winners, which are granted by the judges for their achievement in a specific category of entry in the February 2022 edition of the event.

Written and directed by Javid Farhani, the film is about a man who invades the privacy of other people.

‘Front Window’ is starring Ali Hajilou and Vahid Abdi.

The film will be screened at the Archaeology Channel International Film Festival in the US in May.

The IndieFEST Film Awards “allows filmmakers from around the world to enter their films in this prestigious competition”, the website of the event reads.

Established in 2008, the IndieFEST Film Awards is “an avant-garde worldwide competition that strives to give talented directors, producers, actors, creative teams and new media creators the positive exposure they deserve”.

“It discovers and honors the achievements of filmmakers who produce high quality films and new media.”
